Who we are

Hello! We are Even More.

NGO EVEN MORE is a Polish non-profit and non-governmental organisation, founded in April 2026. Our mission is to promote equality, mental health, social inclusion and youth empowerment. Through non-formal education, international cooperation and Erasmus+ projects, we give young people development opportunities and encourage active civic participation.

Our team is made of youth workers and mobility experts who believe every young person has the potential to shape their own future. We run workshops, training sessions and international exchanges with a hands-on, learning-by-doing approach.

Our main goal is to help build an open, inclusive and balanced society — by boosting youth confidence, spreading knowledge, promoting non-formal education and supporting mental well-being, locally and internationally :)

Meet the team

Martyna Miśkiewicz

President & founder

Martyna actively engages in international educational and development opportunities. She completed a student exchange in Rome, a two-month Erasmus+ internship in Lithuania, and numerous short-term exchanges, which strengthened her independence, adaptability and multicultural skills.

She also worked in the United States through the Work and Travel programme, further sharpening her language skills and international teamwork. Engaged, reliable and highly motivated, Martyna is eager to share her knowledge and support others on their development paths.

Has been slightly lost in at least four countries. On purpose.

Anna Miśkiewicz

Vice President

Anna is a motivated professional at an early stage of her career, actively building experience in international, socially-oriented environments. She is highly responsible, detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning.

An excellent team player with strong communication skills, Anna thrives in collaborative settings. She is passionate about international cooperation, social inclusion and youth development, and brings great value to Erasmus+ projects.

Keeps the spreadsheets calm so the rest of us can be loud.
